4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to provide our services.
- Provide reasonable access to equipment, systems, premises, or information required to perform the agreed services.
- Provide accurate information about your technical environment and requirements.
- Maintain appropriate backups of important data unless backup services have specifically been included in your service agreement.
- Notify us of known security risks, previous technical issues, or relevant system changes.
- Ensure that you have the necessary authority to give us access to devices, systems, accounts, networks, software, or data.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate rights and licenses for software, hardware, data, and other materials used with our services.
5. Remote Access and Technical Support

- Customers should close or remove access when support is no longer required where applicable.

StablePoint IT will not intentionally access information that is unrelated to the agreed service unless reasonably necessary to diagnose or resolve a technical issue.
6. Data and Backups
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important data unless StablePoint IT has expressly agreed to provide backup or data-recovery services.
While we may take reasonable precautions when working with customer systems, we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, damaged, or inaccessible.
Customers should maintain independent backups of critical files and information.
Where data recovery is requested, recovery is not guaranteed and may depend on the condition of the relevant device, storage media, software, or other technical factors.
7. Hardware and Third-Party Products
Where our services involve hardware, software, subscriptions, cloud platforms, telecommunications providers, or other third-party products or services, those products may be subject to separate terms and warranties provided by the relevant manufacturer or provider.
StablePoint IT does not control third-party products or services and cannot guarantee their availability, performance, compatibility, or continued operation.
Any manufacturer or third-party warranty will generally be subject to the terms provided by that manufacturer or provider.
8. Cybersecurity
StablePoint IT may provide cybersecurity-related advice, configuration, monitoring, or support.
However, no technology system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
